How To Request Deletion

Email contact.us@kraftedforyou.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will use your message to verify the account, conversation, order, or platform identity connected to the request.

What To Include

• Your name and preferred contact email.
• The channel involved: website, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, workshop, or order.
• The Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp username/number used to contact us, if applicable.
• Any order, inquiry, or workshop reference that helps us find the record.
• Whether you want full deletion, correction, channel opt-out, or a copy of the data first.

What We Delete

After a request is verified, we delete or anonymize eligible records from active systems. This can include inquiry records, conversation records, customer notes, message metadata, uploaded references, AI drafts or summaries that identify you, and connected Meta platform records held by Krafted For You.

Timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days after verification, unless a longer period is required by law, platform process, backup cycles, or dispute handling.

Limits and Retention Exceptions

Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, tax, payment, dispute, or platform-compliance reasons. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until normal backup rotation removes them.

Meta App Data

If Krafted For You's Meta app processes your Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp data, this page is the public deletion-request route for that app. Krafted For You may later add an automated Meta deletion callback, but this public route is available now for human-verifiable requests.

You can also manage or remove app access using controls available in your Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account settings.
