Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Data

If you interact with Krafted For You through Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, we may receive message text, comment text, usernames, account identifiers, media or post identifiers, profile or business-account metadata, engagement metrics, delivery status, and other data made available through Meta's official tools and APIs.

If Krafted For You connects its own Instagram professional account to a Meta developer app, we may use platform data to draft and approve posts, publish approved content, respond to customer messages, manage comments, and view account or media analytics. We request only the permissions needed for the features that are active.

How We Use Data

We use data to respond to inquiries, prepare gift or workshop proposals, coordinate delivery and follow-up, provide customer support, maintain internal records, improve content planning, detect abuse, and operate approved automation workflows.

AI tools may assist with drafting responses, summarizing inquiries, preparing content ideas, or organizing operational context. Public posts, customer proof, testimonials, names, photos, and private messages are not intentionally published without permission.

Retention

Inquiry and conversation records are kept only as long as needed for customer support, order context, operational learning, audit, legal, tax, or fraud-prevention needs. Media, attachments, AI drafts, and logs may have different retention periods depending on operational and legal requirements.

When deletion is requested and verified, we delete or anonymize eligible records from active systems and remove derived AI summaries where they identify the requester. Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Security and Access

Access to customer and platform data is limited to people or systems that need it for Krafted For You operations. We use reasonable safeguards such as account access controls, private credentials, secure hosting, and separation between public website content and private operational tools.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request access, correction, opt-out, or deletion of your information by emailing contact.us@kraftedforyou.com. You can also request deletion through our Data Deletion page.

If you no longer want WhatsApp or Instagram messages, you can ask us to stop contacting you on that channel. You may also use the controls available inside Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.

Children

Krafted For You is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website or through Meta platform automation.
